FAQ - Why didn't I receive the receipts or invoices in my email?

TallyTax sent out receipts for every payment made, including refunds.

If you check your spam inbox and still can not find the receipts or invoices in your email, it is most likely that your email server blocked it as per your request. Since your server blocked it, the payment system (Stripe) stopped sending you receipts or invoices.

If this happens, reach out to the support team so we can ask Stripe to unblock the emails and send you receipts or invoices again.
